A hybrid tablet application designed for BNP Paribas Cardif General Insurance, supporting non-face-to-face sales and consultation. VW led UX/UI consulting and design, creating a structured and intuitive interface for insurance agents to manage subscription planning, digital contracts, and customer interactions in a single workflow. The experience was optimized for field operations, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and efficiency, while enabling scalable development and operation through OSMU support.
